Buenos Aries, Argentina

December 17, 2024

On December 17th, 2024, the Tolerance Poster Show opened at the Museo Nacional de Arte Decorativo in Buenos Aires. Sixty selected posters were displayed on the perimeter fence, making them visible from Avenida del Libertador—one of the widest and busiest avenues in the city—and from the museum's gardens, one of the most beautiful early 20th-century palaces in the city. The Argentine edition of the Tolerance Poster Show served as an open-air gallery accessible to a wide and diverse public.

The show was curated by Juan Lo Bianco, who is also the director of this museum where another Tolerance Poster Show is planned for August 2025.

This show was a collaborative project with the Universidad Nacional de Lanús, a young university located in the metropolitan area south of Buenos Aires. The university offers programs in graphic and industrial design and recently inaugurated the Museo Universitario de Diseño (MUD) in a former building materials warehouse.

We are grateful to Juan Lo Bianco, whose relentless efforts made this show possible.
