Güstrow, Germany

May 23, 2025

On May 23rd, 2025, the Tolerance Poster Show opened at the Wollhalle Municipal Gallery in Güstrow. The show remained on view until September 7th, 2025.

The exhibition was displayed throughout the city of Güstrow. The Wollhalle Municipal Gallery hosted the main body of the show—118 out of 180 posters. Additional posters were exhibited at the Municipal College, in front of the Rambow Gallery, and on large-format banners above the streets of the Old Town of Güstrow.

We would like to extend our gratitude to Professor Gunter Rambow and his wife, Angelika Eschbach-Rambow, for inspiring the administration of the City of Güstrow to host the Tolerance Poster Show. Also, we would like to thank Anett Grabbe for showing posters at the Municipal College. A big thank you goes to the city public utilities for decorating the streets with Tolerance poster banners. We appreciate this wonderful community spirit!

The Tolerance Poster Show was curated, organized, and made possible through the tireless efforts of Madleen Hoffmeister from the Wollhalle Municipal Gallery. We are grateful to Professor Rambow for designing the announcement poster for the event.
