On November 1st, 2024, Tolerance on the Green transformed the vibrant Green of University of Delaware’s main campus into an inspiring art space, showcasing 40 posters from the Tolerance Poster Show. This literally groundbreaking show took place directly on the pavement near the iconic Gore Hall building, making art and the message of tolerance accessible to all passersby.
The show was curated and organized by Associate Professor of Art and Design, Blažo Kovačević, who also contributed one of the featured posters.
This event was brought to life through the support of the Visiting Speaker Committee of the Department of Art and Design. The show was funded by Mirko Ilić Corp. and The Tolerance Project Inc. along with contributions from the Margaret P. Allen Endowed Lectureship Fund.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to Suzanne L. Burton, Sr. Associate Dean for the Arts, and José-Luis Riera, Vice President for Student Life, for their invaluable support in making this unique event possible.
