On June 13th, 2026, we opened a one-day pop-up Tolerance Poster Show at Times Square in Manhattan, New York City. Usually we have a show in Times Square on the 4th of July, but because of the 250th anniversary of the United States this year, we had to hold the show earlier. When we initially applied to hold the show on this day, we didn’t know that two big events would happen that day. The first was a World Cup game between Brazil and Morocco, and the second was Game 5 of the Knicks’ title-winning series. Because of those events, Times Square was quickly overwhelmed by fans of many teams and crowded to the point that we had to end the show early.
The show featured more than 100 Tolerance Posters displayed at Father Duffy Square, which is part of Times Square. This was our fifth show in Times Square; the first show was on July 4th, 2022. This show was supported by Times Square Alliance.
We would like to express our gratitude to Denise Benmosche, board member of Tolerance Project Inc., and to the Benmosche Family for their constant and generous support of our cause.
